There is a time for everything in Tangier. After work in the "white" town pleasure is never very far.
Work
Its geographical location, between Europe and Africa, makes Tangier a privileged business centre. Tangier's new port and its free zone Tanger Med are very significant assets. There are infrastructures for conferences and incentive trips. To illustrate this, look at the Moulay Hfid Palace, the former Italian Institute, which has a capacity for private receptions of several hundred; the villa Josephine, a beautiful residence overlooking the bay, has a lesser capacity. For lunch or dinner you can choose from a variety of legendary hotels able to cater for large groups. You can choose between a terrace dominating the sea or a riad right in the centre of the medina.
Pleasures
As well as cultural trips which can be organised (in the footsteps of artists, Museum of Moroccan Arts and antiquities...), treasure hunts in the medina are very popular. The Tangier Royal Golf Club is perfectly adapted to a tournament for golf enthusiasts. The spa break proposed by a hotel with a spa on the 6th floor with a panorama of the Strait of Gibraltar is very much appreciated.
